Southlanders can enjoy walking, running, riding horses, driving their cars, collecting shells, or simply enjoy a stunning sunset on Oreti Beach, the treasured local beach of Invercargill. It is the site of the motorcycle speed trials of Burt Munroe, as featured in the acclaimed film "The World's Fastest Indian", starring Sir Anthony Hopkins.
