Artist Statement
I envision my efforts to capture on print, the beautiful visual impact of the world around us. If the viewer achieves a feeling of quiet serenity and a sense of beauty in this challenging world, I have achieved my goal as an artist. I strive to bring beauty with the interplay of color, light and composition whether it is in color or in black and white. I am heavily drawn to the beauty and antiquity of Europe and the natural beauty of North America.
