| I did this painting from a photo I took of my dog, Charlie, fetching a stick i threw into our neighbor's pond. I took hundreds of photos before I finally found one that I thought worked with what I wanted for the painting. Fortunately, Charlie was easy to train to retrieve (he's part retriever but I found out that I had to train him, good thing he loves cheese) and Charlie loved practicing. |
