This image is the result of a shoot I did of an old abandoned church that had taken on a redish glow from the setting sun. The main image is a knothole in one of the old weathered boards on the side of the church. I flipped this image to get a mirror effect which looked like two eyes looking at you.
I then took the second image, the church window, and layered it on top of the knotholes. The windows now take on the appearance of a pair of glasses that take the viewer on a journey into the past. |
