This image is in memory of my Grandfather who fought in WWI. He enlisted to the Army in 1916 giving an incorrect Birth Date so they wouldnt know he was only fifteen years old. This image is a collection of postcards he sent from overseas, his service medals, and his family bible.
I overlayed the first postcard he sent to his mother from winnipeg on May 15, 1916 before he was sent to France. |
