Biography
I have enjoyed a lifelong love of drawing and painting, and have experimented with a variety of mediums as well as 2D and 3D art forms. Graduating in Design from Langara College in Vancouver, I currently work as a professional Display Designer.
Having lived in Paris France, I was exposed daily to the magnificent art history, followed by Toulouse, France where I studied Fine Arts, and reveled in sun drenched colours and medieval villages. These experiences have greatly inspired my paintings which are full of bold bright colour with strong compositions and interesting viewpoints. My current series involve Mediterranean inspired, sunny still life paintings, colourful, funky Jazz music pieces, and West Coast Island images.
Now residing with my family on Vancouver Island BC, I continue to study and develop my fine art skills. The natural beauty and relaxed Island lifestyle, have helped my passion for painting to develop into inspired works of art.
